From Geasyprom, and backed by more than 30 years of experience, we offer a comprehensive service of management, advice and urban and real estate development of assets or land, with the main objective of its enhancement through an agile and efficient management.

The company is developed through different lines of business, with the sole objective of offering a comprehensive service tailored to the needs of our clients.

We specialise in the development, management and urban planning consultancy of land, Compensation Boards and Urban Planning Entities, with extensive experience in the management of assets for current market operators. Geasyprom has also been a pioneer in the management and administration of Compensation Boards, starting in the 1970s.

Throughout all these years, Geasyprom has managed and developed important real estate projects, both its own and for third parties, also offering comprehensive services and advice, from the conception of the project to be developed to the delivery of the product to the client, including each and every one of the phases and stages necessary to complete a development process (coordination of building projects, tendering, contracting and technical and economic monitoring of the building works, processing of licences, new works and horizontal declarations, marketing and delivery to the client).

And in a constant adaptation of the urban and real estate market, we provide a wide variety of services to meet the needs of our clients: analysis of urban and real estate investments, legal and urban planning advice, drafting of Due Diligence, management of Real Estate Complexes and housing facilities.
